☆ Every guest must present a European ID card or Passport before they arrive at the apartment and we must send this information to the local authority. This information remains confidential and will be deleted after your stay. A few days before your arrival, we will send you a link to fill in the passport/ID information online on the safe platform. ☆ NO PARTY POLICY. Parties and other disturbing activities in the apartment and communal areas are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the facilities without reimbursement of the total amount paid. ☆ Visits and gatherings of people not staying at the apartment are prohibited ☆ To assure you have a wonderful stay but also respect the norms of the building and your new neighbors. ☆ The apartment has assigned a maximum number of residents that may not be exceeded for any reason. ☆ In case of lost/damaged keys, 55€ would be charged (per set of keys) to make a copy. ☆No smoking apartment - a penalty of 150€ will be charged if the guests smoke inside the apartment. ☆ In the hallway, you will find red cards labeled “Los Molinos.” Please take them with you when using the pool, as the security guard may ask to see them. ☆ Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted upon guest request, provided there are no other bookings on those days. ☆ If you have used platforms like Netflix, YouTube, etc., and logged into your account during your stay, please ensure you log out before departure. ☆ Complimentary bed linen replacement service is not provided during the stay.
